Terms & Conditions & Ground Policies
Standard trade operating procedures, payment terms, and cancellation guidelines governing bookings executed by PURI DMC (Jagannath Puri Tours & Travels).
1. B2B Bookings & Quotation Validity
All B2B proposals issued by PURI DMC are valid for the timeframe specified on the official quotation sheet (typically 14 business days, subject to seasonal hotel availability). Services are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed booking advance and written confirmation from the travel agency or organizer.
2. Transportation & Chauffeur Services
Vehicles are provided strictly in accordance with the agreed itinerary. Unscheduled diversions or extended night runs beyond normal sightseeing hours may incur additional standard per-km or driver night allowances. All vehicles provided are commercially registered, fully insured, and operated by verified drivers.
3. Jagannath Temple & Religious Sites Protocols
Shri Jagannath Temple and other active religious shrines in Odisha operate strictly under statutory temple administration rules. PURI DMC provides respectful orientation, timing advisory, and outer gate assistance. We do not promote or guarantee illegal bypass of temple administrative queues.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard cancellation policies for individual FIT and group tours (unless non-refundable peak holiday/Ratha Yatra terms apply):
- 30 Days or more before arrival: Full refund minus nominal administrative processing charge (10%).
- 15 to 29 Days before arrival: 75% refund of total tour value.
- 07 to 14 Days before arrival: 50% refund of total tour value.
- Less than 7 Days / No-show: Non-refundable due to pre-committed hotel and transport blocks.
5. Force Majeure
PURI DMC shall not be held liable for unavoidable route changes, delays, or service alterations resulting from extreme weather (cyclones), natural calamities, political strikes, or statutory temple closures beyond operational control. In such events, best alternative arrangements will be provided.
